General

Our ministry teams have identified requirements for furnishings and equipment (henceforth called “needs”) that will make our new building fully operational. In some cases the identified items represent useful upgrades.

We hope to fulfill much of our needs by the direct donation of needed items.

We will raise money for certain upgrades and new items through your direct sponsorship of all or part of the costs involved.

General To Donate:

Please fill out one of the forms to be provided and indicate the item number and description of the item you wish to donate.

Please characterize the condition of the item and whether you can store it until we are ready to move into our new building.

If you wish to sponsor (pledge cash) toward all or part of a needs board item, please so indicate on the form and also when and how you wish to fulfill the pledge.

Income Tax Deductions

We will provide a descriptive receipt for any items donated. You should keep independent documentation of the value of the items should you decide to include them in your charitable deductions.

Cash donations to the needs board will be included in your annual statement.

Prices are estimates. Generally, we cannot accept items that are not on the list without prior coordination.

Please do not bring items designated for donation to the church office unless specifically requested by one of the needs team.
