Loaned Executive Role

• Meet with CFC Area Coordinators and leadership to plan, organize, and schedule the campaign.

• Effectively communicate the need for support of vital community services.

• Communicate, to the LFCC, the progress of agency campaigns

• Work with Area Coordinators to coordinate agency fairs, speaker’s events, and other marketing opportunities.

• Pick-up / deliver campaign supplies and campaign envelopes.

• Monitor individual account progress.

• Attend and assist the CFC manager and Coordinator at CFC events.

• Assist Area Coordinators in executing your campaign.

Employee Express (EEX)

• Only available to federal agencies that currently have access to EEX for HR functions

• Will appear as an option 9/1-12/15 on the EEX site

• Reports will be made available periodically throughout the campaign and/or at the end of the campaign period

• Agencies that have access to EEX WILL NOT have access to CFC Nexus

CFCNexus

• External Vendor• Pledge detail will be printed and delivered,

by your LE, for submission to your payroll processing department

• These reports should be submitted in your campaign report envelope along with other pledges and accounted for as such
