SMHI and data free of charge The data policy covers all products and data from SMHI’s grant-

financed activities. However, it doesn’t cover the products and services from SMHI’s commercial side.

Today, the price of information is zero for data and products used for non-commerical purposes

Open data January 2014 The price of information is set at zero for all types of use. A distribution fee is charged in those cases where specially

deliveries are required.

smhi.se will offer downloadable services for the most popular data volumes, for both archive data and real-time data.

No restrictive licensing terms.
