Course Objectives

1. Introducing key clinical and technical concepts prior to the start of clerkships

2. Mitigate concerns of medical students prior to their clerkships

3. Develop a course geared towards all medical students, not just ones interested in a surgical career

Requirements

No more than three excused absencesContact Amita if you are going to be absentThe course is cumulative

Class time is limited – outside preparation and practice will be necessary
