WhatisWebLinkApplica(on(WLA)? WebLinkApplica*on(WLA)isawebpagethatenableyourrestauranttoreceiveordersandmodifyyourrestaurantstatusalongwithmanyotheraddi*onal features.

Requirements

Whataretherequirements? TheonlyrequirementsneededtousetheWLA,areastandardPC/laptopandastableconnectiontotheinternet.

OurWLAworkswithallthefamousbrowserssuchasInternetExplores,GoogleChrome,FirefoxandSafari.

HowtouseWLA?

*Eachrestaurantorbranchwillbegivenauniqueandconfiden*allogindetailsspecifiedtothem,whichgivesthemtheaccesstologinanduseWLA.

OrderReceiving:•  Onceanorderisreceivedthroughthesystem,theWLAwillring

automa*cally.•  WLAwillrefreshesevery30secondstosearchforanewordersand t o

r em i nd s theoperatoraboutthepresentordersthathavenotbeenAcceptedorDeclined.

•  OncetheorderisAcceptedorDeclined,theoperatorhastonotetheordereitherbyprin*ngitorbypunchingitdirectlytotheirPOSsystem(Note:Allreceiptsshouldmatchtalabatorderinvoices).

•  TotalnumberofRestaurantsarecurrentlyBusywillbedisplayed.
