Bronchodilators Salbutamol

– Short acting beta2 agonist– Smooth muscle relaxant– Reversal of bronchospasm– Remember partial effects in COPD

Ipratropium– Antimuscarinic bronchodilator

Corticosteroids Prednisolone

– 30mg od 7-14 days Hydrocortisone

– 100 – 200 mg IV
