The Plan:
A Department is introduced to Lean once an initiative has been identified and all stakeholders give the “green light.” Choosing an initiative is done by:
Yomi or Eric assigning a Green Belt or Green Belt candidate an initiative from submissions
Initiatives originate organically within a department by a Manager and move forward without a Green Belt
