•Assign user access to CPARS

•Register contracts into CPARS

•Provide CPARS training and assistance

Email for CPARS Access

•Receive a system email with a User ID

•Go to https://cpars.csd.disa.mil/cpars/app/userloginfed.do

•Enter User ID and email address

•A temporary password will be provided by email

•HOLD: Do not initiate any evaluations until receive training

When are evaluations required?• Contracts that exceed simplified acquisition threshold of $150K

(exception: A&E and construction)

• A&E contracts that are $30K or over

• Construction contracts that are $650K or over

• Any A&E or construction contracts that are terminated for default

• Interim evaluations are required for contracts having a 1+ yr term

•Note: Classified/Top Secret information is not entered into CPARS
