A structure is a pathway that takes energy (maybe in the form of value or information) from one place to another place. All structures have been created by someone.

We are born into a world of existing structures. Can you bring yourself to them fully? Do they serve us? Do they bring us life?

Take one structure in your business or life that you have outgrown. Write it down.
