O VERVIEW

Welcome to your Crestron system!

This guide will show you the basics of operating the key features in your Crestron system.Every Crestron system is unique and custom tailored to you and your lifestyle. This guide covers the mainfeatures of your system, so see your Crestron dealer for details on the additionalcustomizations that they may have added.

There are 2 different apps for doing different tasks in the system. Here are the differences and when you should use each:

Use the Crestron app as the main app to run your entire system from your Phone or Tablet.

Your Crestron dealer has configured your tablets and phones to run the Crestron App.The Crestron App is used as your primary control from your mobile devices in conjunction with Touch Screens and remotes in your home. The majority of this guide depicts using your home system from the Crestron App using the iPad as the example, however the user experience is consistent across all the Touch Screens and remotes in your home.

Use this app for customizing Crestron environmental controls from your iPad

This app is not intended for day to day control of the entire system. Instead, use this app when you wish tocustomize lighting scenes, thermostats schedules, and more.See specific instructions later in this guide.
