On December 14, 2013 at 6:01 PM the Baltimore County Police advised that an Armed Robbery occurred, Off Campus, at
Donnybrook Apartments. The victims were sitting in a parked car when the suspect approached and displayed a
handgun. Personal belongings were stolen. The suspect in this matter was last seen fleeing the area on Donnybrook
Lane in the direction of Aigburth Rd.
Suspect Description:
Black Male, tall, wearing all dark clothing and a ski mask. Suspect was armed with a handgun.

Attempt to Identify/Locate
The Towson University Police Department (TUPD) is attempting to identify
and locate the subject shown above. The subject may have pertinent information
related to the campus text alert sent on 12/02/2013 for a subject, possibly
armed with a handgun, near Lot #26.
The subject was described as a white male, approximately 18 years old, stocky
build, wearing a dark jacket and knit hat. The subject was also carrying a green
colored backpack and a laptop computer.
If you recognize this individual, please contact the TUPD at 410-704-2134. As

White, Male, in his mid-20s, wearing a blue knit hat and blue sweatshirt or jacket, no facial hair.

On November 22, 2013 at 3:45 PM an Armed Robbery occurred (Off Campus) inside the Towson Town Center Shopping
Mall. The victim was inside the bathroom in the Food Court when he was approached by the below described subjects,
one of which threatened him with a knife. Taken from the victim were money and a cell phone. Later during their escape
one of the suspects brandished a handgun.
Suspect Descriptions:
1. Black Male, 6’0”, 170 lbs., thin build, wearing a black jacket, tan pants. 2. Black Male, 5’9”, 170 lbs., thin build, wearing a black jacket, blue pant.

On Wednesday, November 13th
, 2013, at approximately 0200 hours, TUPD was notified of a subject possibly
armed with a handgun. He was observed at the corner of York Rd and Pennsylvania Ave. He was last seen
running near Charles Village Pub. Police Officers searched the area but the subject was not located.
SUBJECT DESCRIPTION:
Black Male, Tall, Thin wearing all dark clothing.
Anyone having information about this incident is asked to contact the Baltimore County Police

and Towsongate Drive. The victim was walking on Fairmount Avenue when she observed a tan Nissan vehicle stop and
the below described suspects exit from the vehicle. They approached the victim and demanded her property. Taken in
the offense was a ladies purse.
Suspect Descriptions:
Two Black Males, 5’08”, thin build, wearing black hooded sweatshirts (with hoods up), black pants and black masks covering their mouths.

On November 4, 2013 at 9:50 PM an Armed Robbery occurred in the 200 Blk. E. Burke Ave (Off Campus). The
victim was walking and was approached by the below subjects who exited a large dark SUV. During the
confrontation one of the suspects implied he was armed with a knife. Taken in the offense was U.S.
Currency. The suspects were last seen entering the vehicle and fleeing east on Burke Avenue.
Suspect Descriptions:
1. Male, Black, 20-25 years of age, 6’1”, medium build, dark hooded sweatshirt with the hood up.
2. Male, Black, 20-25 years of age 5’07”, thin build, dark hooded sweatshirt with the hood up.

CRIME ALERT: Off Campus – Robbery/Attempted Murder/1st Degree Assault November 3, 2013
Towson University Police Department 410-704-4444 Incident Summary On November 3rd, 2013 at about 10:45pm a robbery occurred on Burke Ave near Center Ave. A Towson University commuter student was robbed of his cell phone by three young black males. During the incident one of the suspects stabbed the victim several times in the upper torso with an unknown type of knife. The victim was transported to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The suspects fled westbound on Burke Ave. Police searched the area but were unable to locate them. They are described as : Suspect Descriptions: The victim lost consciousness so the only description we have of the suspects is that they were three young black males.

On Monday, October 21, 2013, at about 10:30 pm, the Towson University Police were advised, by the
Baltimore County Police, of an armed robbery of Towson Liquors located at 6 W. Pennsylvania Ave, Towson,
MD. Subjects were armed with a red handled pen knife and fled towards the Towson traffic circle. At this time,
the subjects have not been apprehended. They are described as:

On Monday, October 21, 2013, the Towson University Police were advised, by the Baltimore County Police
Department, of an off campus armed robbery near Olympic Place and Dulaney Valley Road. The incident
occurred on October 20, 2013 at 2:50 am., during which three suspects robbed persons at a bus stop. One
suspect pointed a shotgun at the victims while the other two stole their property.

On September 27, 2013 at 2:10 AM an Attempted Armed Robbery occurred in front of 825 Dulaney Valley Road and was
reported to Baltimore County Police. The below described suspect confronted the victim and demanded his wallet. A
fight ensued and during the altercation the victim was cut on the arm with a knife. No property was taken in the
incident.

On Tuesday, September 02, 2013 Towson University Police was advised of an armed robbery that occurred at the
Subway on Chesapeake Avenue and York Road, Towson, MD, 21204. On Monday, September 02, 2013 at approximately
7:00 am., an individual entered the restaurant and displayed a black handgun and demanded money. The suspect left
the area on foot traveling west bound on Chesapeake Avenue.
Suspect Descriptions:
Black male, 30-40 years of age, wearing a tan hat with a red stripe, white t-shirt and black pants.

A Towson University student reported to Baltimore County Police that at about 4:04 pm she was walking out to
her vehicle in the parking lot of University Village when she observed a subject following her. She got into her
vehicle and the subject then removed his genitalia and began to masturbate while looking at her. The subject
then fled into the woods towards Towson University. The area was searched by police with negative results.
The description of the subject is as follows:
Description: White male, 50-55 year old, brown hair, wearing a dark blue navy shirt and blue jeans.

On August 23, 2013, Towson University Police were made aware of a strong armed robbery that occurred off
campus on York Road near Burke Ave in front of Starbucks at about 3:45 am. The victim’s cell phone was
taken. The case is being investigated by the Baltimore County Police Department.
The suspects are described as :
1) African American Male, 18-22 years of age, approximately 5’8 with a medium build, dreadlock style hair,
wearing a purple shirt.
2) African American Male, 18-22 years of age, approximately 5’8 with a medium build, wearing a white shirt.

On August 20, 2013, Towson University Police were made aware of an unarmed attempted robbery that occurred on Bosley Ave near Chesapeake Ave at about 9:00 pm. A female non-affiliate was walking on Bosley Ave when two subjects approached her. One subject attempted to grab the victim’s cellular phone. She resisted and was able to maintain control of her phone. No weapons were displayed and no injuries were reported. The two subjects ran off in an unknown direction. She could only describe one of the suspects as follows: Suspect description; Suspect 1: African American Male, 16-20, with an afro, wearing a white tank top and shorts Suspect 2: Unknown description

On August 20, 2013, Towson University Police were made aware of an unarmed strong-arm robbery that
occurred on York Rd near Cross Campus Dr at about 9:00 pm. Two female juveniles were walking southbound
on York Rd when two subjects approached them from behind. One subject grabbed one of the victims and
reached into her pocket removing her cellular phone. Both subjects ran south on York Rd. No weapon was
displayed and no injuries were reported.

victim and ran towards the mall when he refused to give up the items.

lifted his shirt displaying what appeared to be a gun in his waistband. Personal property was taken. No
injuries were reported during the incident.

Towson University Police were notified on February 19, 2013 that the Baltimore County Police are
investigating a Burglary (Residential) that occurred in the Unit Block York Road (across from campus) on
February 18, 2013 at 1:16 AM.
A resident entered the home and while passing by her roommate’s room, she looked in and observed an
unknown subject. Victim locked herself in her room and called 911. She observed the suspect running
across her front yard, and southbound on York Road. It appears the suspect climbed onto the porch
awning, and gained entry.

. The above pictured individual is a person of interest in an indecent
exposure that occurred inside the Cook Library on 12/12/2012 at approximately 1:50 pm.
Efforts to identify the individual before the close of last semester were not
successful. Since the weather has gotten colder again, the subject may be recognized by the
winter clothing shown. The witness reported the subject was a black male, possibly in his
30’s, wearing a blue waist length jacket with a red and a darker blue stripe, orange(ish)
colored eyeglasses, cargo pants, and a knit hat.
Students, faculty, and staff (particularly those utilizing the Cook Library) are
