Technical Foundation • CIS is a critical and foundational application • Upgrade will support existing utility functions and

provide options for advanced two-way metering and outage management

• Requests for proposal (RFP) will address meter data management (MDM) system procurement as part of concurrent efforts to identify options for advanced two-way metering and outage management

• Other concurrent efforts will transpire throughout the CIS/MDM procurement and upgrade effort
