CAREER OBJECTIVE
Good qualified Mechanical Engineer with an exceptional record of
accomplishment in operation, maintenance, repair, commissioning and QC of
mechanical and hydraulic equipment (diesel engines, pumps, compressors, Central
AC, rotating equipment's, piping equipment's, etc.) + piping systems and special
plants (sewage plant, fresh water generation, etc.) Assembly and operation. Working

Brief Description of Responsibilities:
Full Responsibility (Operation – Maintenance – Crewing - Reporting & Documents) for Marine
Port Facilities AND Marine Vessels Fleet (17 Marine Vessels - Aqua Master type / Twin VSP
type / Twin Screw type / FPP type) including Tug Vessels / Pilot Boats / Floating Cranes 280
ton / Fire Fighting Vessel (FiFi pump system) / Marine Pollution Prevention and fighting (Oil
Recovery) Vessel / Lay Buoy Vessel / Survey Vessel with Different Maine Engines, Diesel
Generators, Deck Machinery and Auxiliary types and Brands as flowing :-
1- Manages 159 person as flowing (Captain, Chief engineer, AB, Mechanical).
2- Coordinates repair and maintenance functions furnished operating fleet to minimize loss of
revenue and cost of repairs: Reviews repair request and compares request with previous work
accomplished on ship concerned and similar vessels to determine that expenditures are
economically sound.
3- Reducing the breakdown time for all equipment’s by diagnose all equipment’s and machinery
status and create a schedule planning for maintenance and replacement mandatory equipment’s
with providing a complete training for my stuff for applying all kind of maintenance and
operation history.
4- Carry out and execute all required daily/weekly/monthly, 6 month and yearly preventive
Maintenance for all drilling well, control equipment to ensure proper and efficient operation
5- Repairing diesel engines and overhaul.
6- Repairing engine room equipment (Compressor, Pumps …. Etc.) .
7- Investigate and observe tests on machinery and equipment for compliance with standards.
8- Evaluate operation of marine equipment during acceptance testing and shakedown cruises.
9- Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
10- Skills of communication with the class surveyor.
11- Working with other professionals, within and outside the engineering sector.
12- Discussing and solving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors,
suppliers and customers.
13- Plan necessary action to ensure that maintenance and repair for all equipment according to ISO
