The BIM is based on the DL signal levelmeasurements that the MSs have reported
for the serving and the neighbor DFCA cells.It is long-term statistical data that gives ageneral cell-level view on how the MSstypically experience the signal level ratiobetween the serving cell and a neighborcell.
The C/I Ratio means that if the source andthis interfering cell were to have the samefrequency allocated on the same timeslot,
then they the co-channel C/I would be theshown. The higher the C/I ratio in the table,the less is the potential for interferencebetween the two cells.
