Diabetes is a disease that occurs when a person's body does not make enough insulin or, can't use insulin properly. It is mostly a lifestyle disease for people that are obese. It also can be hereditary.

Diabetes started in the first century, in Greek. It was because of frequent urination by people, It turns out the cause of the frequent urination was Diabetes.

Dehydration. Weight loss. Nausea. Vomiting. Blurred vision. Frequent Urination. More infections than usual.

Long term- You must manage diet, exercise, take medication, use some of insulin.

Short term- Maintain proper circulation, manage stress, also exercise and eat right as well.

Family response/effect- It creates a lot of stress for your family member. You should help your family member change their diet and be sympathetic towards them.

Lower blood sugar. Take medicines. Exercise and eat right. There is no other treatment for

diabetes.

There is a total of 25.8 million children and adults with diabetes in the US.

116 million Dollars is directed to the medical cost for diabetes type 2.

Diabetes type 2 is the most common out of type 1 Diabetes and type 2 Diabetes.
