Exzatech convinced Karnataka Bank to transform from a traditional “you

come to us / stand in queue at bank” approach to a “we’ll come to you”

stance. This was a turned the traditional thinking on it head.

Customer Experience Design

Exzatech also proposed optimizing the “Turn Around Time” (TaT) for

repeated regular business, spanning: loan application processing,

account opening, payments integration and a host of others.
