• Travel grants • flight ticket reimbursement• 8 students and post-docs

• Contingency fund?• SC working to set up

Ballpark Budget

• 300K ILS total• 35% of income from sponsorships• need 25% for subsidizing students at 60%

• 50% of expenses - food • coffee breaks, lunches, reception, banquet
