Request Procedure

• Submit District 7620 DSG Application– Minimum of 2 weeks in advance of project– Send to KathyMcP@aol.com

• Content– Project name, location, description,

objectives, start and finish dates– Publicity– Financing, Contacts, Signatures

Reporting Procedure

• District 7620 DSG Report– Send to KathyMcP@aol.com– Within 1 month of completion

• Content– What was done, when and where,

beneficiaries– Rotary Involvement, #’s, examples– Publicity– Final Financial Report– Signatures

• Maintain accounting records• ALL expenditures must be within TRF

guidelines– No donations to existing projects or

other organizations– No contributions to other TRF programs– When in doubt, refer to the Best

Practices manual or consult with your Grants Coordinator
