DLT Registration Manual of Videocon

Hope you are doing well amid the on-going pandemic.

In follow up of our previous DLT related updates, we would like to inform you that we have got

confirmation from all the operators that they are going live with DLT platform from 1st June 2020.

All of you are requested to get the Entity and Header registration done on DLT platform and as per

the directive from TRAI, traffic of all the non-registered Entities via non-registered Headers will get

impacted post the mentioned timeline.

Post 1st June 2020, as per TRAI direction, SMS services of only registered entities will be allowed

from operators.

Method for filling the form from Videocon. There are two step to fulfill the form :

Step 1:

1. Open the link Videocon : https://smartping.live/entity/login .

• Select on New DLT Registration (Click Here).

• Select INDIAN and then Next.

• After selecting next ,the below page will appear.

• Select on New Registration.

• Select Enroll Entity ,When you receive the Entity ID for reference check.

• Fill the form accordingly.

Step 2 : How to fill the Form ?

• Write the Name of your Organization accordingly.

• Select Entity Type.

• Mention the Email ID, which will required for the further communication.

• Select the category of organization accordingly.

• Current and Registered Address ,should be as same as in the GST / Aadhaar Card.

• PAN CARD for ( Individual / Company) .

• GST Registration certificate for (Company).

• In the Address proof , like Aadhaar Card / GST, upload the both the side of the document.

• Write the Name of the Authorized person, in the place of name. In Individual, you can

mention your own name. For company / business authorized person name is required.

• In Authorized Document ,you have to attach LOA with company/ Business Seal and

Signature of the Authorized person.

• In the place of payment details , mention Nimbus Adcom Pvt Ltd Client .

• Select the term and condition and then submit the form.

• Download LOA from the link (dlt.nimbusitsolutions.com).

Step 3 : After Form Submission

• Once the form is submitted ,you will receive the verification Email with OTP for verifying

your E-mail.

• After E- mail verification, you will receive the Temporary password within 48 hrs (Two

Days).

• After receiving the Temporary password go to the Entity Login page.

Open the link ( https://smartping.live/entity/login).

• Login with your registered E-mail ID and with the Temporary password.

• Temporary password is valid for 48 hrs. Change the password and create the permanent

one .

• For changing the password , go to the Profile option.

• Go back to the Dashboard.

• Select on Telemarketer Request option, and write Nimbus TM ID – 140200000057 as

Telemarketer ID .

• Go on View Details.

• Then click on Submit request.

• Go back to Dashboard.

• Select Header.

• Go to New Header.

• Select on Single.

• Go to Header Type ( Select on Others).

• Select your category .

• Choose your Header Name, according to your Company/ Business Name. Header should not

be more than 6 letter . Header must be in Alphabetic (eg. A to Z).

• Now click on Check Availability.

• Then popup will appear .

• After 48hrs (Two days) Header gets approved. Once Header gets approved , kindly contact

your respective Account Manager for the Mapping of your header.

NOTE : Incase Header is not available or if , already exists then in this case you have to

submit letter of Undertaking on your Company Letter Head.

• Download the LOU from the link (dlt.nimbusitsolutions.com).

Letter of Undertaking For Sender ID :

• LOU , should be in the company letter Head with the logo and Brand name if any .

• Mention your Sender ID / Header ID .

• Mention your Entity Registered ID.

• LOU , should be with the signature of the Authorised person with seal of the company/

Business.
