Your valid port pass? (It must be visible and worn above the waist at all times while you are at the port facilities)

• The valid booking or pickup #? (check before arriving at the port)

• Your securing pins unlocked and your electrical hookups unplugged before arriving at the terminal?

• Your pins locked upon exiting the terminal?

• The right container? (verify the # when loading and that you have the correct container spot and section. Be sure to be aware of the layout and numbering of the sections)

• Your safety equipment? (safety hat, safety boots, safety vest with reflective strips)

• The appropriate equipment in the event of a load of dangerous goods? (place the signs before entering)

• A passenger or apprentice driver with you? Inform the terminals 24 hrs ahead of time! (underage passengers are not permitted)

Arrival time You must arrive before 2:30 p.m.! (If not, your company will be charged additional fees for requesting the Late Gate procedure)
