Originating in January of 1991, the desire behind our development of DPA Architects was to employ the accumulated experience and knowledge of our founding principals in order to formulate a dynamic architectural practice that off ers creativity and innovation throughout the design, production, and business aspects of the architectural process.
DPA is an acronym for “DESIGNERS OF PROGRESSIVE ARCHITECTURE”. Our emphasis on “PROGRESSIVE” is directed not just toward design and architecture, but also toward quality, budget, schedule, and administration. In our view, all of these are essential elements for a successful project. DPA Architects, Inc. utilizes the latest architectural visualization software tools to create conceptual and/or realistic renderings. During the design / concept process, these tools allow our clients to see their project from any perspective, along with any combination of materials and fi nishes. This also allows a building to be viewed in its existing landscape and architectural surroundings.
Lighting analysis software allows a realistic simulation of the future lighting design, making it easier to adjust the lighting based on our clients individual preferences.
Animations can be output to DVDs to be viewed on any standard DVD player, compact disk, or transferred via the internet directly to our clients desktop. Ad-ditionally, high resolution, photo quality still renderings are available at virtually any size.
Special effects such as water, people walking, cars moving, or the sky changing throughout the day from sunrise to sunset can be inserted into any animation for an additional level of realism.
DPA Architects, Inc. realizes that some clients need to touch and see a design to completely understand the concept. A model tells a story that everyone can understand. The presentation power a model delivers is the reason why so many are used effectively in sales and public relations.
Each of our scale models is considered a functional work of art, easily recon-gnized by its quality, unique design and attention to detail.
