Step 1: Open the Web Browser and enter the following URL
http://serviceonline.gov.in/karnataka/
Step 2: Enter the given login details (UserName, Password and Captcha)
Step 3: The student Raised application will come to principal login Message box. Go to Inbox and get application by entering date and all as shown below
Step 4: In Inbox get application by entering date or all after clicking Get Data Button as
shown below, pull the application.
Step 5: Then we will get like this window .If you want to see application details click on View processing history. Principal can take two actions on Application.
1. Approved.
2. See clarification
1. Approved: If the principal approved, it will go to RDM case worker login.
2. See clarification: Which document is not clear or any reason principal can enter for each document and submit as shown below. Then application back to applicant and he has to give required document and he will submit
Step 13: Click on eSign Radio button and submit. Enter Aadhar number and OTP and Submit.
