Event Participation Report Submission

Key in your ID & password

Select “Activities”

Select “MyECA”

Click “view the list of events”

Extracurricular Learning Experience

Event that carry ECA point

Only event with valid ECA stamp shown here carry ECA point

List of all events

Press “Ctrl + F” and type your event name/event code to search for the event that you participated in

For example, type “MPYO Johor Bahru Tour” to search

Event will then be highlighted

Click the event code to select

Click “Submit Event Participation Report”

If you saw this message, please proceed to SAA office for deadline extensionIf not, please proceed to next step

All ELE event participation report had to be submitted within 7 days after the event end

Select your participation level

Select the correct ECA subject to submit your report

Tick only the appropriate learning outcome which you have learned in the event

After the selection of learning outcome, type your self-reflection about the selected learning outcome here

Rejected (Weak/Poor Justification)(Too Simple and is not able to show your learning outcome from that event)

Approved (Good Justification) (Able to show your learning outcome from that event)

Event Report Justification

After the completion of self-reflection section, click “upload”To upload the photo of the event with you inside to prove your attendance

Clicked “Browse…”

Select your photoPhoto size must be less than 1 MB, resize the photo if the size is more than 1 MB

Type the description of your photo here

Click “Upload”

Photo and description will be shown here if upload is success

Check all the content in the highlighted areabefore clicking the “submit” button

After submission, check if the “submitted” box is tickedIf yes, submission of report had completedIf no, please check and clicked “submit” button again

After submission, your submission will be shown in the MyECA summary page

Constantly checking the status of your submission until the column “SAO” is approved and point had been credited to you

If you see “Rejected” at this column, you can click the no. of the event to enter into the report and resubmit the report

You may find the reason of rejection here, resubmit based on the comment givenParticipation in an event does not guarantee the award of ELE point, ELE point will only be granted when student participate and submit report that achieve the university standard

Always make sure you have accumulated enough point prior to the deadline of your ECA subject, which is 11 months after your subject enrolment date
