1. Officers of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad under Chairmanship of Director(I/c) MSME-DI Ranchi in association with Dhanbad Zila Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Jharkhand Refactories and manufacturers Association,Dhanbad and Jharkhand Industries & Trade Association,Dhanbad organised an awareness programme on “Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme” (CLCSS) at Dhanbad Club, Dhanbad on 27.12.2019 .The programme was attended by 56 nos. of Participants.

Officers of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad Organised Cleaniness Drive at office on 04.12.2019 and
05.12.2019 in which various cleanlines activities such as cleaning of office premises,
cleaning of approach road etc were carried out.
3. Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi under chairmanship of Director(I/c) MSME-DI Ranchi
organised Hindi workshop on 30.12.2019 at MSME-DI Ranchi. Sri Kamal Bose,
Professor,Hindi Department, St. Xavier's college was invited as a Guest Speaker and the
Workshop was attended by the Officers and Staffs of MSME-DI Ranchi.
4. Officer of MSME-DI Ranchi attended and gave presentation during a workshop on Facilitating adoption of Clean Energy Technologies and Technology up gradation measures in MSMEs organized by UNDP at ASIA Jamshedpur on 16.12.2019 .
5. Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi under Chairmanship of Director(I/c) MSME-DI Ranchi Coordinated Business Incubator meeting at MSME-DI Ranchi on 18.12.2019 for selection of proposal under BI Scheme.The programme was attended by the Principal and other officials of Jharkhand Government Tool Room, Incubatees and officers of MSME-DI Ranchi.
6. Officer of MSME-DI Ranchi delivered presentation of various MSME schemes at Rural Society of Jharkhand Health & Education ,Tupudana Industrial area Ranchi on 27.12.2019
7. Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi attended a meeting called "A Talk on Cluster Development"
organised by Mukhya Mantri Laghu Evam Kutir Udyam Vikash Board at DIC office
Hazaribagh on 2.12.2019.
8. Officer of MSME-DI Ranchi attended a meeting on DSR and DPR preperation for SFURTI
and CDP-MSE scheme on 03.12.2019 at the O/o MMKULVB, Govt. of Jharkhand.
9. Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad organized various IMC-G1/IMC-G2
/EAPs/MDP/E-SDP training programmes under E-SDP schemes during the month of
December in various districts of Jharkhand.

• Officer of MSME-DI Ranchi Coordinate Monthly Progress Meeting under chairmanship of Director(I/c) MSME-DI Ranchi on 01.12.2019.The meeting was attended by the officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad. • Director(I/c) MSME-DI Ranchi had meeting with Ms. Shyamala K. Assistant Professor, Law University at his chamber on 04.12.2019 2019 for organsing Regional seminar on IPR and filing of IPFC proposal. • Director (I/c) MSME-DI Ranchi visited Director of Industries and MMKULVB on 10.12.2019 and 11.12.2019 for Udyam Samgaam and Cluster related work. • Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi visited LAC/ Bengal Cluster, Irba for conducting training programmes under E-SDP scheme. • Director(I/c) MSME-DI Ranchi had meeting with under Secretary Industries, Govt. of Jharkhand on 14.12.2019 on One district one products (ODOP) at project Bhavan. • Director (I/c) along with officer of MSME-DI Ranchi visited Jharcrft and Director of Industries on 16.12.2019 for udyam samagam and other works. • Director MSME-DI Ranchi along with Officer of MSME-DI Ranchi visited DRM Office Hatia Ranchi on 17.12.2019 and had meeting with Sr. DME for implementation of PPP 2012 and State Level Vendor Development Programme. • Director I/c MSME-DI Ranchi visited NML, Jamshedpur on 27.12.2019 and attended Valedictory function of MDP on Export of metal art craft organized by MSME-DI Ranchi. • Director (I/c) MSME-DI Ranchi visited K K Polytechnic on 28.12.2019 and discussed about organizing various training programme under ESDP. • officers of MSME-DI Ranchi visited DIC khunti and Birsa college khunti to discuss about conducting various programme at their college. • Officers of Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad Organised third quarterly RajbhashakaryanvayanSamiti on 31.12.2019 at office. • Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad Compiled One Block One
product cluster data under SFURTI and MSE-CDP schemes of their respective districts. • 15 Nos. of Persons/Units got assistanc through Correspondence/telephone etc from Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad during the period.
• 08 Nos. of units were visited by the Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br. MSME-DI Dhanbad during the period. • 51 Nos. of visitors were attended by the Officers of MSME-DI Ranchi and Br.MSME-DI Dhanbad during the period. • As on 31.12.2019 ,139246 units in Jharkhand are registered in UDYOG ADDHAR.

Proposed Activities in the month of Janauary,2020
• To visit DIC, ITIs, Polytechnics and other technical institutions or other colleges/Institute, organization for organizing training programmes (IMC-G1/IMC-G2/EAP/MDP/ESDP) under E-SDP Scheme. • To organize training programmes( IMCs/EAPs/MDPs/E-SDPs) under E-SDP scheme. • To visit respective districts to identify and prepare concept note potential clusters of the district. • To Organize Essay and Painting Competitions for “Award for Enterprise Development and Promotion of Brand MSME” in every districts of Jharkhand.
