WHAT IS MOTIVATION?Motivation is the internal force that gives us the impulse to do things. It is the result of our individual needs to feel satisfied. This desire for satisfaction makes us have the motivation to complete tasks.

Inspiration“Without inspiration, the best powers of the mind remain dormant. There is a fuel in us which needs to be ignited with sparks.”- Johann Gottfried Von Herder

Strengths

Knowledge The first step in the acquisition of knowledge is learning, the second listening, the third memory, the fourth practice, and the fifth is to learn to teach others.

The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack in will.

- Vince Lombardi

Goals“When students set goals, they learn the importance of taking responsibility, of minimizing excuses and of helping others, according to the book "Goal Setting for Students." Goal setting is a lifelong skill that first helps students succeed in school and then later in life”.

Self-EsteemParents and teachers should encourage students to participate in school activities that they enjoy and where they can excel.

It is important to understand that school is much more than a place to learn academics. It is a place to build the whole student and transform a child into a responsible, caring adult.

Parents should meet with teachers to discuss their child’s social growth as well as their academic.

Desire to Win

The man who makes success an important venture never wails for the crowd. He strikes out for himself. It takes nerve, it takes a great lot of grit; but the man that succeeds has both. Anyone can fail. The public admires the man who has enough confidence in himself to take a chance. These chances are the main things after all. The man who tries to succeed must expect to be criticized. Nothing important was ever done but the greater number consulted previously doubted the possibility. Success is the accomplishment of that which most people think can't be done.

- C. V. White
