EMERGENCY PLAN :Includes all possible emergencies(Medical, Fire , Working at Height ) required actions ,written procedures to be followed , including all emergency numbers (999) and personnel with roles and responsibility .

GENERAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Identify Exit route in any site before work Inspect the site before work
includes(Environment, materials, electrical appliances , Abnormal situation like fuel leakage and spillage , Fire fighting equipment , Medical first aid box items )and report immediately to EHS team
Post the EXIT inscription at the Exit route always before work
Exit route must be free and unobstructed in case of emergency
Ensure certified fist aider is on site at all time
GENERAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Provide suitable facilities for immediate emergency if exposure to injuries and corrosive materials is possible on site
Select and distribute portable fire extinguishers based on degree of site fire hazards
Provide only approved fire extinguisher Maintain fire extinguisher , Maintenance
includes Daily visual inspection and Hydrostatic testing
Ensure that the travel distance to fire extinguisher is appropriate
GENERAL EMEGERNCY RESPONSE
Trained personnel with basic fire fighting must be available in site at all time
Identify possible emergency scenarios in all site based on the location and surroundings
Provide onsite rescue plan based on the type of site and identify equipment to be use
Ensure procedures for the rescue team and First aider .
Identify names and Emergency number 999 in the emergency plan
GENERAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE
Identify Fire Prevention Plan which can be communicated to the team (Roles & Responsibility
Regularly rehearse and train employees as part of overall training program for site operations
Evaluate and select rescue based on his ability to effectively respond to a rescue in a timely manner considering the type of site
Do not climb during abnormal weather condition ( sandstorm , high wind ) or during an emergency
Establish Exposure Control plan where there is an exposure to blood or infectious materials in site
