We use our pilot station to optimize procedural parameters in downscaled plants so that they can later be used in production processes in larger plants.
Upstream tests are used to certify bulk solids processes and to compile production processes and throughput rates efficiently. We would be happy to run tests together with you upon request.

The mixer can also be used for dissolving solids in liquids, polishing of metal and plastic parts, moving inert media to avoid structural changes and cleaning containers by means of solvents.

Range of Application
All drum hoop mixers can be equipped with a protective fence or a protective hood according to the EC directives and with a threeblade mixing insert to accelerate and improve the mixing intensity.

Drum Hoop Mixer JEL RRM
The drum hoop mixer’s mixing device is a container that rotates on a slanted axis. Due to the rotation and the slant-ed position of the container walls, a mixing effect based on the interplay of the forces of inertia and friction is attained. The particles are pulled up, then they either slide or fall back down into the material being mixed, which guarantees intense blending.

Three-blade Mixing Insert
For improving and accelerating the mixing intensity of powdery products.
Operation Range of Application
The mixing insert is put on the bottom of the drum and fixed at the drum wall by parallel locking. It is easily exchangeable by means of the pull and turn fastener.
