Batavia Air,herby confirms that to the best of our knowledge the above mentioned Enginehas not been subjected to any incident, accident, failure or fire, extreme stress orover-temoerature outside of normal operations, immersion in salt water nor was itobtained by, or operated by any Government or Military agencies during itsoperation with Batavia Air until October 10,2012.

Furthermore, during the time the above m entioned engine was operated byBatavia Air, we can confirm that this engine was maintained in accordance withOEM maintenance practices and approved manual. We also confirm that theabove mentioned engine was not altered from its original approved TypeCertificate and has not been altered in type design.
