CHESS CAMP All Chess beginners and intermediate are welcomed to join a fun filled week of chess! The camp will be half days for the week, camper will learn how to enhance their chess play and develop new strategies. The camp will be divided into groups of beginners and intermediate, lessons will be taught according to the needs of the two groups. KINDER CAMP This camp prepares your child for kindergarten with age-appropriate activities, learning concepts, socialization skills and fun. Your child will learn alphabet sounds, shapes and colors. Children will participate in songs, dance, sharing, daily worksheets, structured & free play, and outside play time. The goal is to have fun, participate and learn. ZOMBIE SURVIVAL CAMP Think you have the skills to survive a zombie apocalypse? In this one week crash course you will learn compass map-ping, basic first aide, self defense, how to assemble shelter and live off the land. REACTIONS IN ACTION Lights, Camera, Reaction! Picture yourself as Sir Isaac Newton in this Mad Science camp as we discover how things move with science. Experiment with inertia and gravity as you learn what football players, ballet dancers, and scientists have in common. TENNIS - RALLYBALL CAMP The tennis camp is designed to be beginner friendly and to engage young children in tennis as a team sport. Have fun with your friends and learn to play tennis! Children are split up into groups by age and ability. Tennis has never been easier to play and learn. By using NEW progression tennis balls and a games-based approach to learning, your child will be able to rally the ball in the first hour of the very first class! The camp format includes station rotations where campers will be exposed to a variety of tennis skills and games. Campers will be placed on teams and play for Team of The Week and Camper of The Week. A strong emphasis will be placed on attitude, effort and sportsmanship. Participants must provide their own racquet, tennis shoes, snack, water bottle, hat and sunscreen. COOKING CAMP Campers create edible delights in a fun environment. Delicious recipes they can do at home (with proper supervision of course) that is yummy and healthy. Each day will cover a different topic. The dishes are decided by the up and coming chefs after the first day of camp. The first day of camp dish will be instructor's choice. SKYHAWAKS GOLF FOR BEGINNERS Campers will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting, and body positioning. Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) system to its curriculum. SNAG is specifically designed for the entry-level player; SNAG simplifies instruction so that young players can make an easy and effective transition onto the golf course. All equipment provided. Emphasis will be given to a new technique of studying the language which will involve pronunciation, writing, listening comprehension, and speaking. CAMPING TRIP TO FAMILY CAMP
AT YOSEMITE Join PRNS on a Family Camp trip to Yosemite geared specifically towards Active Adults age 50+.
