This was my first spread and i wanted to make it stand out compared to past years sreads so I thought of a mile spectum which i loved working creating. This spread taught me everything about Indesign and was a great start to the year.

I struggled with this spread because I had trouble with placing the photos and not cutting out the captions. My staffers got great photos this week and I wanted to use them all to display each days theme.

This was by far my favorite spread to create because it allowed me to use a wide variety of students and they got the chance to express their style. Also I got the chance to feauture the Plant Nike shoes and if I could have gotten the chance to I wish I would have taken a picture with the football team wearing them and getting interviewed about them by the local news.

When looking through all the layout options none worked for how many photos I wanted to display in my senior ad so I created my own based on the size and type of picture. It was a nice change from my usual student life spreads.

My Senior Ad

This spread was one of my most diffucult spreads because it is always unpredictable when dealing with pictures from students not in yearbook. This spread taught me how to proportion pictures and size pictures better.
