TheAURAEXBbackpressureregulatorprovidesadjustable relief of excess pressure in closed loop systemscausedbyspikesininletpressureupto35bar.AURA’sdualsurface diaphragm or dynamic cartridge sensing elementsincreasetheprecisionandflexibilityofpressurecontrol.Thisallowstheendusertoaccuratelythrottleexcesspressurefromthesystem,whereasstandardreliefdevicesonlyprovideopenandclosefunctions.AURA’sproprietarymachiningprocessyieldssurfacefinishesof4-25Radesignedtoreducecorrosion.TheAURAEXBisassembledinaClass100cleanroomasacompleteassemblywithallgauges,fittings,andvalvesattached.Thecompleteassemblyiscleanedforoxygenserviceandis100%heliumleakchecked.Additonally,theEXBundergoesmultipleflowandfunctionteststoensurethehighestlevelofpurityanddurability. Available with Dursan®LSinertandanti-corrosivetechnologythatprovidessuperiorcorrosiveresistanceversusexoticmetalsinhighlyacidicorcausticapplications,theAURAEXBbackpressure regulator is thechoice foraccurateandreliable excess pressure control.
