Expressions Architects is a company that offers architecture and design services. Process of our Services

Our services are structured and delivered in the following stages:

Stage 1 : Inception-Receive the client’s requirements with regard to the project -Receive information about the site / plot - Receive client’s budget - Advise on a program to undertake the project.

Stage 2 : Concept and viability-Prepare concept design of the project -Review the anticipated costs of the project

Stage 3 : Design development-Confirm the design and complexity of the project with the client-Review the design and consult with local and statutory authorities (e.g.. Municipality)-Develop the design-Incorporate the work of other consultants (engineers, quantity surveyor etc)-Review the design, costs and program with the other consultants

Stage 4 : Documentation and procurement-Prepare drawings sufficient for municipality submission:-Complete construction documentation and proceed to call for tenders:

Stage 5 : Construction-Supervise the construction and administer the contract.

Stage 6 : Close outAdminister the closing of the project and contracts.
