Coaching is creating an environment for discoverywhich happens through asking power reflective questions.
By asking these open-ended questions the client begins to take a journey toward understanding how they show up thus connecting the dots between where they are to where they desire to be.
To be effective we must learn to teach, mentor, facilitate, & coach individuals/teams towards
achievement.
What does it mean to be a Humble?How realistic is it to have Humility in our line of work?What must be given up to live everyday with complete
Humility?

Who was involved? Where was the disconnect?

ended questions on how you can reframe this to a positive?
