• Previous FFHOA President stepped down in July– Vince Capelli (was Secretary) assumed role as HOA President– Marcia Whitcomb (was Alternate Board Member) joined Board as
Secretary
• As of 2014, all HOA dues are paid up except for 2 households.
• Homeowner non-compliance issues• Sprinkler maintenance, repair, winterizing, testing• Repaired fence at Lot 85• New paint and new roof at Lot 85 (paid by owners)• Landscape maintenance contract renewed• Front entrance sign light repairs• New basketball hoop and backboard installed• Eliminated flooding at east end of Grand Fir Park• Doggie Walk Bag stations kept stocked (Sue Grey)
