FINDING SOLUTIONS THROUGH RESEARCH
The World Coffee Science Summit was created by the Salvadoran coffee industry in an effort to make a leap in quality through science. The initiative emerges from the eight coffee association of El Salvador in order to bring together the world's foremost experts in coffee science.
Scientific research is the only way to guarantee the future of coffee. Without science there will be no sustainable and profitable production. Advances in research are proving to be the only solution to be able to face the challenges for coffee in the 21st Century. For the first time in El Salvador, the Salvadoran coffee industry will bring together renowned international researchers, pioneers of major scientific advances that seek to boost cultivation, processing and preparation worldwide.
