A Data Centre implemented in the Corporate Headquarters of one of Central

Europe’s largest energy providers, with 1.5MW of total power.

The Diesel Generator room of the 2400m2 Data Centre pictured on the

left – 3 currently installed Diesel Generators provide backup power, with space

pre-prepared for a fourth for future capacity increases.

any given technology, site, process, or any other

aspect of your Data Centre or technological area?

They are primarily used to determine the condition

of the assessed areas and whether they will continue

to meet short & long term requirements. ALTRON

your strategy and received design, you will be in

a  position to implement your project. However

with many parties involved, keeping things running

smoothly is not always easy. ALTRON Engineering

services take responsibility for implementation, by

taking care of the regulatory and legislative require-

ments and permissions, as well as acting as an over-

all Project Manager or General Supplier who makes

sure all the pieces fit. We also make sure you have

precise documentation of every implemented item

and activity, meaning less trouble in future.

it is maintained, having a world class facil-

ity is of no use when it suffers repeated

downtime. ALTRON Operation & Mainte-

nance services ensure that your facility runs

at peak efficiency and with minimal failures

& downtime.

Our Critical Facility Management services are available in On-site or Off-site configurations. This is the

highest level of service we offer, which is based around customer agreed SLAs which guarantee the main-

tenance and operation of your Data Centre to the highest standards and availability. The service can in-

clude provision or training of on/off site personnel, periodic testing of implemented processes and practic-

es, regular reporting and incident / change management. You will be supported by our team of dedicated

technicians, 24×7×365 Call Centre, Control Centre and state of art Monitoring systems that ensure peak

availability, rapid fault resolution and pre-emptive fault prevention.

Critical Facility Management

ALTRON Service Plans provide preventive maintenance, reliable 24×7×365 emergency service and corrective service

for the data centre. ALTRON will manage the plan through our selected service affiliates and will contract directly with

each supplier of the described services. Service plans are organized into several standard types that reflect level of

support from proactive to regular: Gold, Silver, Bronze and Basic.

ALTRON Field Service is for those companies who do not require a full

service plan, either because of their size, or their low availability require-

ment. The service does not require any fixed agreement and anyone can

call at any time for assistance, on an ad-hoc basis.
