Filled with eyewitness video of collapsing sinkholes, NOVA investigates what it’s like to have your world vanish beneath your feet. Airs Sunday, February 15, 8 p.m.
America’s Test Kitchen This new season, Christopher Kimball and his dedicated test kitchen cooks reveal the basics of foolproof home cooking while preparing dozens of exhaustively tested recipes, including strawberry mousse, the best baguette, and fi sh tacos. Airs Sundays, 3 p.m., beginning February 15.
