First of all, remove any previous versions of Microsoft Office which may already be installed on your

computer.

Login to Office 365 here https://login.microsoftonline.com. On the home page go to Install Office.

The installer file will then begin downloading

Once the installer has finished downloading click the up arrow and click open. At the user account

control screen click yes

Office will now download and install to your computer.

Click Close

Open one of the Office apps. I used Microsoft Word. Click ‘Sign In’

Type in your school email address

Enter the password you use to log in to the school computers and your email.

Untick ‘Allow my organisation to manage my device’ and click ‘This app only’

Click Office Open XML formats and click OK

That’s it, Office is now installed and registered. Each pupil in Wales is able to install Microsoft Office on

five devices, including iOS and Android.
