a Professional Mentor!

The Scholar Mentoring + Access toResources & Training (SMART) ProfessionalMentoring Program at APIA Scholars aimsto  help facilitate virtual mentorshiprelationships between APIA Scholars andAlumni with industry professionals duringtheir transition from college to career.Professional Mentors will provide theirAPIA Scholars with individualized supportand guidance on how to access andadvance their careers and advise on howto develop strategies for professionalsuccess. Virtual mentorship is facilitated inpartnership with Mentor Collective.

Mentor Eligibility:Your Role as a Mentor:

Provide professional guidance and support toAPIA Scholars and Alumni and coach themthrough achieving their professional goals

1 meeting per month for 6 months

After 6 months, you have the option tocontinue your mentorship relationship for anadditional 6 months (October 2020 – April 2021)

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher5 Year’s Work Experience
