A summary of my journey in this project showing some of my reasearch, sketchbook work and final pieces. All work produced for my second year narrative based project at Arts University Bourenmouth, in which I chose Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues" as my chosen theme.

I chose to do my project on the musician Johnny Cash. Whilst being 10 years since he died; I foud Cash’s life story particularly interesting, especially his attention to prison reform. I therefore chose to focus on his song “Folsom Prison Blues” as I thought it reflected the character of Cash himself, as well his sympathy to prisoners at the time.
