1. ACCESS EBS – TEXTILE ERP EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In textile Industry, production activities are critical to control cost of production and needs focus of
all level of management. Generally it has to deal High machine utilization, Raw material realization with low wastage & high production efficiency.
Any production inefficiency leads to higher cost of productions and survival of industry is difficult due
to low margin profit industry.
So, it is essential to develop a business information base where all processes are well defined and all
resources of organization are interlinked. So that it facilitate all level of management to analyze operational data at business processes for effective decision making and operation control.

Access EBS ERP provides a Production Planning engine where spinning industry can plan various combination of product for production planning to generate most efficient plant utilization plan. It provides machine capacity constraints where focus of production management is required most.
Production planning also links raw material requisitions and dyeing of fiber plan w.r.t. present stock to verify the actual workable plan & scheduling.
Production planning can manage Lot assignment to production batches and maintain linkage
between order execution plan and production lot no., hence it provide full linkage between sales order and finished goods. Marketing management can see full view of production execution at
plant and provide correct feedback to customer the delivery of goods.
At all production phases like Fiber Dyeing, Mixing, Preparatory, Ring Spinning / open end, Post Spinning, Packing various production reports helps user to monitor machine utilization, Production efficiency, wastage etc. Critical process like dyeing recording and standards will provide insight of shade category costing to control cost of product.
Our ERP System also facilitates to create quality records of product at each stage of production.
Our ERP System also provides machine maintenance module that facility to maintain Preventive / Predictive / Breakdown maintenance records with machine parts replacement history.
Sale Module system can be best mold to provide typically requirement of textile industry like for synthetic yarn to define shade category – Light /Medium / Dark / Heavy Dark and its change of sale rate in Invoice. It will record Sale Return management and customer complaint etc.
Inventory module deal with Raw Material, Finished Goods, Waste Inventory, Store inventory management.
Procurement module automate all process of Indent, approval, Budget, Quotation comparison
with purchase history, PO generation, Purchase rejection and monitoring Job work etc.
HR module takes care of employee requisition, approvals, applicant information, screening, interview and selection & employee master - salary record. Training, Loan, Leave, Attendance records will be maintained.
Salary & wages linked with Bio matrix system and provision of “BADLI” of worker requirement
are taken care in our ERP. All statuary requirements ESI, PF etc are in built feature of this module.
Financial Module provide a autonomous facility to record all type of vouchers – Purchase, Sales,
Cash, Bank, Journal and links commercial module of sale and purchase to generation and approval to avoid any duplicate entry of voucher.
All statuary requirements of organization – VAT, Excise, TDS, Service Tax are inbuilt capability of our ERP.
