DESCRIPTION

The city of Forest Lake is interested in developing the former Northland Mall site (West of Highway 61 just South of 11th Ave. SW) into a city services complex that would consolidate many of their departments into one location. These departments are currently spread throughout the city, and reside in buildings that have long exceeded their useful life and intended capacity. This video was designed to create public awareness of the severe inadequacies, inefficiency and disrepair of these buildings, in an effort to gain support for the proposition of the required funds to acquire and develop the new site.
