SCHOLARSHIP MINISTRY REACHING BACK TO HELP LIFT FUTURE GENERATIONS

Mission Statement

To plan and execute fundraisers in an effort to award financial assistance to

FOF graduating high school seniors who will pursue a post-secondary

education upon graduating high school.

About the Scholarship Ministry

Assist graduating high school seniors pursue a post-secondary education through various outreach services:

• Mentorship

• College Prep Services

• Scholarship Opportunities

Provide financial assistance to FOF graduating high school seniors who will attend a four-year college or university

Establish the FOF Scholarship Alumni Network between current college/university students and college/university alumni

Join our Ministry

Meeting Date & Time

FOF Scholarship Requirements

Open to all Graduating High School Seniors

Must be a member active in ministry for at least one year

Accepted to a four-year college or university

Submit an unofficial high school transcript & college acceptance letter

Serve with the Homeless ministry in feeding the homeless

Write a 300-word essay on your experience in serving with the Homeless

Ministry

Actively participate in fundraising efforts

Each candidate eligible to receive $1,000 scholarship upon timely

completion of ALL requirements
