How to Create an Account• In order to access the Employee Self-Service portal, you will need
to go through a one-time process that allows you to set up your
user name and password.
• To start, go to www.dominionpayroll.com and click on “Employee
Self-Service”.
First-Time Employee Login
• When you arrive at the sign-in screen for
the first time, click the link under “New
to Employee Self Service?” to start
creating your account.
• The First Time User Name is the
combination of your Last Name* and the
last four (4) digits of your Social Security
Number.
• The Access Code is the combination of
the DPS service bureau code (9785) and
your company’s four-character client
code (provided by your employer).
*Users who have a suffix on their last name will
need to make sure to enter it exactly as it appears
on their check stub!
