Insulation of winding threads
Special protection of the wind-ings, carefully made by hand, en-sure full protection also after longperiods of operation.
Stable motor bracket
Galvanic separation prevents anyelectro-chemical corrosion. Thepower cable is secured againsttearing away by a strong holdingclamp.
Watertight cable entry
Watertight to 30 metres. Pro-tects the power cable with a soft shaped sealing ring. The cable entry complies with the specifications for explosion-proof machinery.
Dielectric oil
Improves the heat transfer com-pared with conventional air-cool-ing. The motor has a higher effi-ciency and there is no problemwith humidity formation. Add tothis, it allows a more compactdesign.
Active electronic leak sensor
Indicates possible liquid in thegear housing. Even the smallestquantity will be quickly detected.Thus service can be carried outbefore any damage is done.

Shaft sealing
The radial shaft sealing rings pro-tect the mechanical shaft seal sys-tem from abrasive parts. Duringmaintenance only the less expen-sive radial shaft sealing rings needto be changed.
Propeller hub and shaft
Change of propeller during main-tenance is quick and easy. Specialtools are not required.
Computer designed propellers
The hydrodynamically opti-mised propellers have been de-signed by computer animation.The three-dimensional freeareas increase efficiency andprevent clogging.
Planetary gear
The best solution to transfer axialforces, thus the high efficiency of97%. Slim design provides an op-timal hydrodynamic shape.
Two bearings
