• Foundation data sync from Fusion To Taleo• Fusion is the master for the foundation data• Objects synchronized on a nightly basis (scheduled by customer)

Understanding Onboarding
• Onboarding is Workflow Process that can branch• It assists in the management of forms and tasks. Ex.
– Following the successful recruiting process there will be additional new employee tasks• Watching Corporate Videos• Access to office space• Laptop Provisioning
– All of these steps are configured into a clients custom onboarding workflow.– Workflows can vary based on factors such as the employee role, hiring
department, or region• The Employee Onboarding process is available today – R8 & 13B - with the
Taleo Onboarding & Transition Cloud Service.

Understanding Onboarding
• Polling Process on Fusion side looks for candidates in an ‘employee ready’ status.
• Taleo provides ability to configure what status determines ‘employee ready’.
• Candidate record is pulled one time.
• Today R8-13B – all candidate data goes to Core HR. Future direction may allow splitting of data, such as direct deposit information, to Payroll.
