UNDERWATER ROBOTICS

DescriptionUnder Water Robotics Club provides students with the opportunity to learn about robotics,

engineering, science, and mathematics (STEM) while building an underwater ROV as part of a

science and engineering technology curriculum. Throughout the project, students learn engineering concepts, problem solving, teamwork, and technical applications.

DescriptionBasketball is a fun sport played with a basketball that Is

bounced/dribbled and shot in a basket using hands, each team can have several players up to 15 but only 5 players can play at a time, it's one of the fasted growing sports in the world and students who take it seriously can acquire scholarships when they become good at it

for instance at college level and can become professionals .

DescriptionThe GISU science fair club is an out-of-school-hours

QUADCOPTER

Description Our principle is that aerial robots are first

aircrafts and second robots. Students must know how to safety fly and adhere to Civil Aviation guidelines. Students must also know how to

repair and replace parts. The training method we use allows the aerial robotic Quad copter to be flown safety for fun

successful and challenging missions.

DescriptionThe GISU Round Table Society is a club focused on building rhetorical and critical thinking skills.

Members will learn the importance of the logical process, precision of language, and confidence

when expressing ideas. As members of the Round Table Society, students will have the opportunity to prepare for both Model UN

competitions, as well as debate competitions.

3D PRINTING

Description The main goal of this extra curricular activity is to promote and teach GISU students about the

concepts and practices of a relatively new manufacturing process called three-dimensional (3D) printing. This club will offer, to all students,

education, hands-on experience and “workshop” services to those who have an

interest in 3-D Printing/Prototyping.
