• ESCGR receives a mandate from the Summit of the GR (since 1995) and has also the right to self-referral (auto-saisine).

Submits resolutions to the Summit GR.

• Secretariat of the Summit of GR (since 2014)

• ESCGR (fr.: CESGR), (since 1997), Secretariat ESCGR is a part of the ESCGR: advisory organ, dialog with social partners

• IPC (Interregional Parliamentary Council), (since 1986): advisory parliamentary assembly of the GR

• Summit GR, ESCGR, IPC = 3 key pillars of the political architecture of crossborder cooperation

• 2015/2016: Presidentship of Wallonia in the frame of the 15th Summit of GR

• The ESCGR has 4 working groups (WG):WG1: EconomyWG2: TransportWG3: Labour marketWG4: Health and Silver Economy
