Guidelines for Online Admission Process

How to apply:

Step 1: Please click on the link"Online admission” on the top of the home page of Hiralal Bhakat College portal

(www.hbcnht.org)

Step 2: On clicking the link, you will be directed to a new page having Various Instruction. Candidates are requested read all the instructions carefully and should follow it. Click on Download Advertisement for admission details. Click on Download Online Admission Procedure and read the procedure carefully after that click on Online Admission for starting online admission process.

Step 3: On clicking the link, you will be directed to a new page having a Candidate Login Box. On the left hand side of the login. fields there is a link "New Candidate". Please click on Register Yourself link NOTE: If candidates forget their Registration Id can easily retrieve it by clicking on link Retrieve Registration Id.

Step 4: When you click the link you will be shown a Registration Form asking for various details. Fields marked with "Red coloured

asterisk" are mandatory and must have to be filled up. These fields cannot be left blank. Once you fill the details, you can click on the

"Submit" button at the bottom for completing the registration process

.

Step 5: Go the college website and click on link “Online admission ” you will be directed to a new page having an Candidate Login Box on the right hand side. Login by providing Registration Id and Date of birth.

Step6: On successful Login you will directed to "Home" Section. Click on Application form.

Step 7:On clicking link mentioned in step 6 you will directed to “Application form” section.This part of application form contains five

tabs.Candidates are required to fill each of the tabs one after another. NOTE: In all five tabs after saving except “Confirmation” tab candidates can come back to any previous tab and edit it.

Tab 1.Named “Personal details” retrieve information automatically from candidates registration section

NOTE: Candidates have the privilege to edit personal details (If required)on clicking Edit.

Tab2. “Qualification Details” in this section candidates are required to fulfill educational qualification. Once you fill the details, you

can click on the "Save" button at the bottom for completing the process.

Tab 3. “Upload Document” in this section candidate are required to upload document. Once you uploaded the document, you can

click on the "Save" button at the bottom for completing the process.

NOTE: Candidates should follow instruction written at bottom of the tab.

Tab4. “Course Apply” in this section candidates are required to Choose the course in which candidates wants to take admission.

Once you fill the details, you can click on the "Apply Now" button at the bottom for completing the process.

NOTE: Candidate have to apply for all the courses one by one in this step, after confirmation they are not allowed to apply for any

more courses. Candidate can delete applied course on clicking “Delete Button”. If candidates want to update Qualification details In

this stage, Candidates should delete applied courses.

Tab 5. ‘’Confirmation’’ in this section candidates are required to read the terms carefully and if agree, put tick mark on the I

confirm checkbox. Once you put tick mark on I confirm box, you can click on the "Confirm and Submit" button at the bottom for

completing the process. Up to this stage, you have completed all stages of the Application Form.

NOTE: Candidates are not allowed to make any changes after completing the confirmation and also after publication of merit list

correction of any data/information is not possible.

Step 8: In this Step candidates have to Click on Make payment mode button at the bottom for completing the process. . After that

you will be directed to a new page. Up to this stage, candidate has completed all stages of the Application Form.

NOTE: After complete application process candidates have to wait till merit published by the College authority.

Step 9: If candidate name came into merit list then candidate have to login to their account again and click on Merit List Status.

Step 10: In this step candidates can see the status of all the applied courses. If candidates wish to take admission in the course in

which his/her seat is confirmed then click on “click” and proceed for further process.

Step 11: In this section candidates are required to read the terms carefully and if agree, put tick mark on the I confirm checkbox.

Once you put tick mark on I confirm box, you can click on the "Confirm and Submit" button at the bottom for completing the

process.

Step 12: In this section candidates are required to click on link” Download”

NOTE: Candidates should follow instruction written at bottom.

Step 13: In this Step candidates have to select the payment mode, put tick mark on selected mode. You can click on the "Confirm

and Submit" button at the bottom for completing the process. .

Step 14: In this section candidates are required to download admission challan or RTGS payment detail on clicking the link”

Download” and make payment . Candidates are also required to download complete application form by clicking on ” Download”.

Step 15: For confirmation of Admission, go to college with original M.P & H.S Admit & Marksheet PH/SC/ST/OBC-A-B Certificate,

Print-out of filled-in Admission / Application form, Bank Payment proof etc. for verification (Xerox copies of all documents to be

submitted) .
