How to make a custom Adobe PDF Setting The only way to create a press ready pdf is to print the PostScript and drop it on Distiller.

Check your job options under the distiller menu on the title bar. Print (if in Quark, Pagemaker, InDesign ) a postscript file ofyour ad and drag it onto Acrobat Distiller with the following Distiller job options. If you are using Illustrator or Freehand outlineyour fonts and send an Illustrator or Freehand eps. If you are building an ad in Photoshop please send the Photoshop epswith the vector data. Please embed your fonts when creating the PostScript file. If you don’t have Acrobat Distillerplease send native files (All images, document and fonts).
